RVCP AND MEDSAR CELEBRATED THE WORLD AIDS DAY 2017

World AIDS day takes place on the 1st December every year since 1988. It is an international day dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection and commemorate those who died from AIDS-related illness.  According to WHO, an estimated 36,7 million people were living with HIV/AIDS and 1 million people died of HIV-related illnesses worldwide in 2016 making HIV one of the most destructive pandemics in history. RVCP celebrates World AIDS Day with Nyakagezi village residents

RWANDA Village Concept Project, RVCP, joined Nyakagezi village residents to celebrate World AIDS Day 2015, a day that is celebrating globally on 1st of December every year. Due to tight schedules of RVCP members/volunteers and availability of inhabitants, celebration activities took place on Saturday, November 28th from 7:30am to 8pm in Nyakagezi village, Huye sector, South Province.Member of Parliament honorable Gloriose was the guest of honor. RVCP leads Huye through World AIDS Day 2016
