Rwanda Village Community Promoters (RVCP), formerly known as Rwanda Village Concept Project is a non-profit, youth-led, non-governmental organisation run by students at the University of Rwanda (UR). RVCP was founded in 1998 and started field work in the Huye district of southern Province of Rwanda in 2000. Since then, RVCP has expanded its community outreach and activities to include Kigali, eastern and northern Province of Rwanda.
HUYE CHAPTER
This is the mother chapter, the origin of RVCP since 1998 till present. It is where main office located to all other locations in the country.
Programs:
- SRH including HIV prevention, and Family planning program
- Hygiene and Water sanitation program
- Maternal health program ( including Malaria and Malinutrion Projects)
- Income generation program
- Girls and women program
- Initiative program ( including youth education project)
- Diagnostics Program
- Non Communicable Diseases Prevention Program ( Part of Rwanda NCDs Alliance)
NYAGATARE CHAPTER
This is our second born office at Nyagatare campus. It have been initiated in 2018 till present.

- Youth Empowerment
- Hygien and Water sanitation program
- Social Protection Program
- heart of Charity Program
- Non Communicable Diseases Program
MUSANZE CHAPTER
This is our Third born office at Busogo campus, Musanze District, Northern province. It have been initiated in 2018 till present.

Kigali Chapter
This is our Third born office at Busogo campus, Musanze District, Northern province. It have been initiated in 2018 till present.
