A team of staff work day-to-day to support and advance the organization’s work and operations. The Rwanda Village Community Promoters provides chapter advising, support and training, platforms for best practice sharing and collaboration, annual network-meetings, leadership development conferences, and partner recruitment, selection, matching, and evaluation.

2020-2021 Chapter coordinators
A team of coordination committees and students working in chapters and head the implementation of local chapter activity plans. They are heads of coordination, organizing community outreach, attending and planning capacity building events, general assemblies and organization meetings. They mobilize team members and collaborate with local leaders to implement activities planned.
